He is survived by: his spouse Dulcia Meeks; his children, Debra Stibbs (Howard Miller) of Green Bay and Carl Zuelke Jr. (Sharon) of Martinsville, IN; his grandchildren, Stacy Judkins (Jon), Cory Zuelke, Vanessa Zuelke (Brian Jahnke) and Corey Miller (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Emma, Maxwell Judkins and Octavia Zuelke; his adoptive daughter Dottie Hoopingarner of White Lake; and his siblings, Ethel Elliot of Florida, Harris Zuelke (Judy) of Indiana and Theodore Zuelke (Jackie) of Green Bay.
