She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Stamper and Martha Stamper (Howard); her husband Leroy "Bitts" Oatman; her children, Marilyn Pieri, Sandra Buckner, Gary Buckner and Terrance Buckner; her son-in-law Charles Leitner; her granddaughter Danae Johnson; and her siblings, Sally Mabry, Nola Bowling, Sherman, Ansel and Tommy.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Johnson (Lynn) of Franklin, TN, Vickie Schultz (Rodney) of Palmer, AK, Janice Lecheler of Weston, Barbara Maule (George) of White Lake, Cheryl Dilley (Mark) of White Lake, Mary Leitner of White Lake and Tammy Widener (Brice) of Antigo; and her son-in-law Lawrence Pieri (Maria). She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren.
