He is survived by: his wife Linda Breed-Starcz; his children, Rebecca Starcz-Johnson of DePere, Rhonda Schultz (Greg) of Birchwood and Thomas Starcz of Radisson; and his stepsons, Michael Breed of Cameron, Charles Breed (Jenny) of Gillett and Clint Breed (Becky) of Eau Claire. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
