He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewellyn Faulks and Mary Faulks (Kurth); and his sister Susan Knoke. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Faulks (Judy), Steve Faulks (Audrey) and Jodie Ferge (Rick); and his close friend Peggy Bork. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
