We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2022, at the age of 58, Tammy L. Chase of Weyauwega, Wisconsin, born in Shawano, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Pluger; her parents-in-law, Donald and Nancy Chase; and her sisters-in-law, Sally Fronzack and Dawn Chase.

She is survived by: her mother Pat Pluger (Wiesman); her husband Tom Chase; her sons, Christopher Chase (Karley) of Glendale, WI and Cody Chase (Morgan Smith); her brother Todd Pluger (Deb); her brother-in-law Jason Chase (Brenda); her nieces and nephews, Spencer, Kristin, Lindsay, Jada, Kayla, Nicole Opps (Jeremy), Richard Fronzack, Carrine and Jocelyn; and her stepmother-in-law Jan Chase. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
