He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine Watkins; and his brother Richard "Dick" Radtke. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Buss (Daniel), Brent Radtke (Mabel Martin), Russell J. Radtke (Lealoni), Andrew Radtke (Gwenn), Ted Radtke (Linda) and Melanie Miller; and his siblings, Pat Leupold (LaVern), Marilyn "Mitzi" Radtke, Orland "Ozzie" Radtke (Carol), Gloria Swedesky (Joe), Walter "Sonny" Radtke and Natalie Lubinski. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church.
