He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alton Billington and Dorothy Billington (Holcombe); his wife Eunice; his children, Pam Welch (Kevin), Jon (Cherie), Barb Stilen (Chad) and Ben (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jared Billington, Rebecca Billington, Whitney Welch, Bryce Welch, Nick Marks, Brooklyn Billington, Steven Billington, William Block, Nyckol Stilen, Jaydlynn Billington and Broc Billington; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Welch, Connor Kersten and Tenley Marks; his brother Jim (Pat); his friends, Joe and Gloria Swedesky; his son Brad Billington; his brother Harold Billington (Davene); and his parent-in-law Dora Koplien. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and many friends.
