He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rasmussen and Emma Rasmussen Buch; his son Walter Rasmussen (Wally); his parents-in-law, Walter and Susannah Kuenzi; and his brother Everett J. Rasmussen.
He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn; his daughters, Sue Rasmussen, Nancy Rasmussen and Victoria Hillskotter (Randy); and his sister Joyce Resop. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his name.
