He is survived by: his sons, Bradley and David Winters; his siblings, Gary Winters, Louie Winters (Becky Grundman), Darlene Wollenberg (Tom), Nancy Winters-Miller (Heath) and Betty Lou Winters; and his brother-in-law James Busse Jr. (Della). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
