He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Raether and Gladys Raether (Quast); and his sister Mona Niemuth. He is survived by: his wife Karen Spaulding; his stepdaughters, Tammy Bartel and Jolene Green; his stepgrandchildren, Brady, Dillon, Sawyer and Teagan; his nieces and nephews, Martin Niemuth, Emily Fleming (Jay), Cindy Wasrud and Arden Niemuth; and his great-nieces, Brook Fleming and Elisha Schmidt-Niemuth. He is also survived by several cousins, other relatives and friends.
