He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Slomska and Alvina Slomska (Werth); his wife Roberta; and his children, Robert Slomska, Tammy Slomska and Christine Slomska.
He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline Flater; his grandchildren, Jason Phillips, Heather Phillips and Brandon Flater (Morgan); his daughter Beverly Wepner (Larry); and his grandsons, Robert and Andrew Wepner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
