He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Christine Ballard, Karen Ashleman (Scott), Pam Owens (Tony), Linda Walk (Jim), Dale Kamp (Laurie) and David Kamp (Tina); and his brother Larry Kamp (Carol). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
