He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Doede and Renore Doede (Reek); his spouse Jean Blink; his siblings, Gloria Niemuth (Harland), Linda Peters and Kenneth Doede; and his brother-in-law Glen Niemuth.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Doede (Tracy), Melissa Johnson and Lisa Doede; his grandchildren, Garrett, Jacob Doede, Brianna Johnson, Anthony, Colton Doede and Ciara Doede; his siblings, Stanley Doede, Gerald Doede (Sue) and Shirley Niemuth; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Doede and Tom Peters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
