He is survived by: his wife Sandy Kostuch; his daughters, Tina Ruhland (Mark) and Brenda Dawes (Thomas Jr.); his grandchildren, Haley, Lana Haasl, Kyle, Ryan, Ori Ruhland, Brody and Delaney Dawes; his sisters-in-law, Linda Schuelke and Terry Smith (Mark); his niece Michelle Staats; his nephew Matt Smith (Heather); and his friend Marsha Fahser.
