He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Howard and Paula Howard (Kosmatka); his brother Jonathan Howard (Victoria); his nieces, Paige Howard and Annabell Howard; his nephew Waylon Howard; and his aunts and uncles, Gloria Wade, Lois Koran (Ron), Greg Kosmatka (Patty), Harvey Howard (Doris) and Dennis Fueher.
