He is survived by: his parents, Craig Mantz and Karen Mantz (Thom); his wife Nikki; his sons, Ryan Jr., Emmit, Luke and Owen; his brother Dustin (Nancy); his niece Emily; his nephew Tommy; his brother Cody; and his grandmother Christine Mantz. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
