He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wooten and Judith Wooten (Meister). He is survived by: his wife Dawn LaVake (Witz); his stepchildren, Aaron LaVake and Jessica Wetzel (Cody); his grandchildren, Adam, Keean, Junior, Ashton and Kinley; his stepmother Rovertia Wooten; and his stepbrother Troy Rappa. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
