He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Leum and Anna Leum (Ofte); his parents-in-law, Gerald and Marilyn Schultz; his nephew Ryan Schultz; and his great-nieces, Isabelle and Gwyneth Carl.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Schultz; his siblings, Laura Nerison (Lee), Lisa Thomas (Mike), Paula Leum, Lars Leum (Deanna) and Grant Leum (Carrie); and also, Steven Schultz (Sandy), Kathy Schultz, Robert Schultz (Sherry), Jeff Schultz (Lauri) and Sue Mashak (Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Saviors Lutheran Church (306 S Main St, Westby, WI 54667).
