He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Torgerson and Sylvia Torgerson (Moore); his wife Karen Torgerson (Peterson); his siblings, Virginia O'Brien, Lucetta Hobbs (Edgar), Juanita Cumpton, Patricia George (LaVerne), Ramona Nelson (Vernon), Sylvia Engen and George Torgerson; and his brothers-in-law, Norman Page and Gaylen Brudos.
He is survived by: his sisters, Artis Aasen (DeWayne), Arla Page and Mary Ann Brudos; his sister-in-law Margaret Torgerson; his niece Teresa Davis (Ted Coleman); and his close friend Alyce Salmon. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
