She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Maurer and Hattie Maurer (Radtke); her adoptive mother Deb Hage; her siblings, Ella Maurer, Henry (Lois), Elmer, Robert (Delores), Edward (Helen) and Leo (Donna); and her siblings-in-law, Gordon Strangstalien, Beverly Jensen (Donald), Verlyn Strangstalien (LuEtta), Lucille Ostrem (LaVerne), Dorothy Seivertson (Glen), Roger Strangstalien, Arlene Townsend (John) and Floyd Storey.
She is survived by: her pets, Zoey and Cricket; her close friend Marie; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Strangstalien (Suzanne), Donna Strangstalien, Larry Strangstalien (Rachel) and Gloria Storey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Vang Lutheran Church.
