She was predeceased by: her parents, Hjalmer Holte and Hildur Holte (Swiggum); her husband LaVern Thompson; her brother Verdel Holte; her brothers-in-law, Charles Anderson and Harlan Thompson; and her son-in-law Don Furrer.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Turben (Monty Foster), Bob Thompson (Deb), Pat Furrer and Janice Turben (Brian); her grandchildren, Cory Turben (Theresa Aide), Heather Thompson (Mark), Nichole Schultz, Tina Diaz (Leo), Randi Rydberg, Sara Keenan (Josh) and Jill Pagel; her sisters-in-law, Elida Anderson, Pat Holte and Anita Thompson; and her sister Rachel Iverson. She is also survived by 1 great-great-granddaughter; and numerous step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Croix Hospice, or the American Cancer Society / Chaseburg Sole Burner.
