He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Phillips and Ann Welker; his sister Judy Lee (Sandy Mc Clurg); and his stepsiblings, Richard Welker and Ruth Welker.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Phillips; his children, Gina Miller, Craig Phillips (Nikki), Tony Phillips, David Phillips (Veronica) and Dawn Steinmentz (Joe); his grandchildren, Zachary Broadhead, Angela Broadhead, Miranda Steinmentz, Cole Phillips and Kambri Phillips; his brother Leonard "George" Phillips; his half-brothers, Kenny and Mike Welker; and his close friend Micky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and his special dog.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
