He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred "Fred" Willis and Florence Willis (Lamb); his wife Maryann; his daughter Tami; and his half-brother Ronald.

He is survived by: his children, Timothy Willis of Sparta, WI, Ronald Willis (Tammy) of Cashton, WI and Nicole Slaney (Wayne) of Chetek, WI.. He is also survived by Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cousins, friends, his AMVETS family.
