She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Meyer of Westboro; her sons, Jacob Meyer (Skye) of Green Bay, WI and Justin Meyer (Alyssa) of Colby, WI; her siblings, David Kestler (Naomi) of Westboro, Darrell Kestler (Lisa) of Brantwood, WI, Bruce Kestler (Laurie) of Florida, Wendall Kestler (Peggy) of Medford, Javelle Schrader (Marvin) of Tripoli and Kayleen Kestler of Medford; and her grandson Flynn Meyer.
Starla worked in health care, taking care of the elderly and Alzheimer's patients.
