He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lewis and Fern Lewis (Temp). He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Heather Brandau (Cade), Chad Lewis (Tammy) and Tami Mullikin (Shaun); his grandchildren, Brianna, Mayzee, Dakota, Chynna, Madalyn and Hayden; and his great grandchild Izabella. He is also survived by other relatives; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and may be directed to St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, Barre Mills, or Luther High School.
