Raymond J. Walter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond J. Walter of West Salem, Wisconsin, born in Hokah, Minnesota, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Walter and Anna Walter. He is survived by: his wife Jean McCollough; his daughters, Deanne Walter and Lisa Cornette (Tom); his grandchildren, Brittney Johnson (Sean), Isabella and Caden Cornette; his sister Irene Jiracek; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Walter, Beverly McCollough and Verlin Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association, St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish in West Salem, or the Berg-Hemker-Olson American Legion Post 51 of West Salem.
