Lewis (West Salem, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 18, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Braun and Lucy Braun. She is survived by: her husband Jon; her children, Jon, Stephanie (Chad) and Rachel; and her grandchildren, Cade, Carter and Paige. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
