She was predeceased by: her brother Rich; and her parents, Elvera and Richard. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin F. Southall, Jr.; her son Joe Stange (Beth); her grandchildren, Zachary, Samuel, Emily and Garrett; her daughter Kelly Fernandes (Glenn); her grandchildren, LizJoy, Elijah, Anna, Andrew and Seth; her daughter Anne Francini (Dean); her grandchildren, Isaiah (Allison), Benjamin (Karrie) and Caden; her son Michael (Sheree); her grandchildren, Jaylen and Imani; her sister Joyce Garness (Paul); her nephew John Garness; her niece Julie Garbisch (Mike); her sister-in-law Dorothy Garbers; and her nieces and nephews, Terri Wagner (Scott) and Rich Garbers (Anne). She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, honorariums are preferred to help cover medical expenses.
