He is survived by: his wife Kathy Franklin; and his children, Kyle Harper (Michelle) of West Salem, Ryan Harper (DeAnn) of Sheboygan, Shawn Harper (Jacki) of Onalaska and Michele Heckenliable (Keith) of Lancaster, Calif.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
