She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Smith and Susan Smith; her daughter Judy Emmons (Goodno); her former husband Donald Larson; her son Ron Emmons; and her siblings, Geraldine Hamilton, Jean Lange, Sara Pfaff and Arnold Smith.

She is survived by: her husband Bob Everitt; her son-in-law Bob Goodno; her grandchildren, Kim Seiler, Troy Goodno (Sarah) and Ryan Emmons; her great grandchildren, Kyle Goodno (Katie), Alyssa Seiler and Kylie-Alexis-Myles Goodno; her great great grandchild Aspen Hamby; and also Janet Thompson.
