He is survived by: his wife Doris Puent (Nehls); his stepchildren, Robyn Cornford of Prairie, Chien and Jacquie Jacque of Reedsburg; his former wife Alvern Johnson (Tranberg) of Whitehall; his children, Caroline Carrie (Shannon Waterworth) of Appleton, David Kent Witte Jr. (Roger Loewenhagen) of Whitehall and Kristi Witte (Becky Hole) of Yuma, AZ; his grandchildren, Mary Mueller, Gene Carrie (Melissa), David Kenneth Witte, Kylee Pettis (Justin) and Devin Witte (Sami Harvey); his great grandchildren, Kassidie, Alaina, Hannah, Hailey Witte, Keegan Odell, Ian Mueller, Gabriel, Mikaylan Carrie, Johanna and Quinn Pettis; his stepgrandchildren, Nathan Cornford, Nicole Steiger (Dave), Andre and Maria Jacque; and his sister Rose Rand. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 2 nephews, and many cousins.
