We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2024, at the age of 92, Darlene C. Johnson of West Salem, Wisconsin, born in Mindoro, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Darlene C. Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Amborn and Bertha Nordrum; her brothers, Everett Amborn and Thurlo Amborn; and her stepfather Norman Nordum.
She is survived by: her husband Wilbur Johnson; her sons, Jay Johnson and Jon Johnson; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Johnson; her grandchildren, Jenna Linehan (Tony), Jenessa Kloss, Will Johnson (Kaylee) and Sam Johnson; her great grandchild Sawyer Linehan; and her sister-in-law Marion Amborn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (359 Leonard St N, West Salem, WI 54669). A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin or Our Savior's Lutheran Church in West Salem.
