He was predeceased by: his father LaVerne Nuttelman. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Nuttelman (Hall); his close friend Colene Miller; and his siblings, Richard (Cathy), Paul and Linda Mullendore (Bryan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
