He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Paul and Esther Marie Egnew Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda G. Duggleby of West Bend, WI; his children, Alexandra Smith Hall (Kevin Kelly) of Dayton, OH, Jeffrey D. Smith (Kathleen) of White Lake, MI, Julie Ann Johnson (Jeffrey) of West Bend, WI and Doretta A. Knight (David) of Sidney, OH; and his sister Carolyn Treadway (Clyde) of Fort Wayne, IN.. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
