He was predeceased by: his parents, James (Jean Niebauer) and Steve. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his grandchildren, Kelly (Scott), Stueber, Hannah Kozar (Jamison), McKenna, Kim (Michael), Schmitt (Brodrick), Kristen (Dave), Nielsen, Jason (Sara) and Boeck; and his pets, Dilinger and Diago. He is also survived by brother to his daughters.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Washington County Humane Society, Cedar Springs Ranch in Slinger, or to the Wisconsin Stars and Stripes Flight, which Steve was scheduled to participate in May.
