She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Eichman and Lucille Eichman; her husband Theodore Spicuzza; and her pet Buddy. She is survived by: her daughter Dianne Ford (Rob); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Thomas and Lauren; her sister Dolores Eichman; and her pets, Max, Macy and Nelly. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ruth's name to St Jude's children Hospital or Hodgkin's Lymphoma The family would like to personally thank Angie and the staff at Serenity Villa for the loving care she received.
