We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Ruth E. Kissel of West Bend, Wisconsin, born in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adina Reinemann and Walter Reinemann; her parents-in-law, August and Amy Kissel; her husband Thomas L. Kissel; and her brother Lewis Reinemann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Reinke (Gary) of Hartford, WI and Jackie Bezaire (Steve); her grandchildren, Nui Bezaire, Amy Penwarden (Nick), Matthew Utter and Spencer Bezaire (Sabrina); and her sister-in-law Lois Behne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
