He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Igel and Esther Igel; and his son Randall Igel. He is survived by: his wife Joan Senkbeil of John's Lutheran Church; his son Jeffrey Igel (Paula); his grandchildren, Cassandra Igel, Jacob Igel (Abby), Nikolas Igel and Lillian Igel; his brother-in-law Richard Scott; and his close friend Craig Garbisch.
