It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard William Westerman of West Bend, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Westerman and Helen Westerman (Batzler); his son-in-law Skip Smith; his sisters, Ardell Fell (Joe), Lorraine Boden (Rick) and Mary Hahn; and his siblings-in-law, Rosie Westerman, Gerry Doll and Frank Fell (Arlene).
He is survived by: his wife Angeline S. Fell; his daughters, Joanne Smith, Judy Geist (Mike) and Jane Sterr (Steve); his grandson Tyler Sterr; his siblings, Lloyd Westerman and Sally Doll; and his siblings-in-law, Phil Hahn, Jake Fell (Jenny) and Chris Ruplinger (Jim).
