He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Mary (Faber). He is survived by: his children, Alan (Brittney), Jason and Katie (Spencer Daul); his grandchildren, Skyler, Bryce, Camryn, Penelope and Adlee; and his siblings, Kathie Lofy (Greg), Michael (Sharon), Mark (Lauria) and Meg Mucha (Bob). He is also survived by his nephews, niece, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in his honor.
