He is survived by: his mother Henrietta Omernick; his children, Rozalind Guse (Troy), Austin (Shelby), Zachary (Melissa Klatt) and Seth (Samantha); his grandchildren, Drake, Arianna, Xavier, John, Ethan, Addison, Aylin, Makenna, Emmit and Kelly; his siblings, Ann Treder (Gary), Wayne (Jody), Susan McMenamin (Kevin) and Lori Prescott (Patrick); his godmother Mary Jane Konkol; and his friend Roxanne. He is also survived by aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
