We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2023, at the age of 72, Phillip Zuba of West Bend, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phillip Zuba to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry, Sr. Zuba and Lucy Zuba; his siblings, Mary Nowak (Alex), Marge Magerowski (Jim Bublitz), Edward, Raymond and Alex; his father-in-law William Vorpahl; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Cramer, Steven Vorpahl and Anne Vorpahl.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his siblings, Helen Zuba, Harry Zuba, Lucy Cramer and Susie Sharlein (Bruce); his godson Richard Sharlein; and his mother-in-law Agnes Vorpahl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Those who wish may give a memorial to The Kathy Hospice or the National Kidney Foundation.
