He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Proulx and Ella Proulx; and his pets, Harley and Gracie. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughter Anne Paikowski; his granddaughter Miranda Proulx-Galetti (James); his brother Mike Proulx (Sandy); his nieces, Lisa and Renee; his nephew Chad; and his cousin Jim (Fran). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral and Cremation Service (1315 W Washington St, West Bend, WI 53095). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
