He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Craig Michalek (Yvonne), Samantha Antonio (Carlos) and Patrick Jr. (Crystal); his grandchildren, Reagan, Carmen Rosas (Erick), Dylan, Gabriela, Madelyn, Hayley, Matthew, Kaylie and Evelyn; his great grandchildren, Sofia and Leah; and his siblings, Sharon Boguslawske (Dave), Tom Kitkowski (Rebecca), Ron Kitkowski (Kris) and Debbie Kitkowski. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
