She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Felder and Mary Felder; her husband James Starr of Mary's Catholic Church; her sister Evelyn Day (Orville); her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth "Betty" Smith (John), Jean Felder, Howard Larsen and Willard Wolff; her stepfather Michael Nemec; and her parents-in-law, Armond and Sybilla Starr.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Starr (Jacalyn Gaulke) of Hartford, Timothy Starr (Sandy) of Campbellsport, Sharon Schmit (Ronald) of West Bend and Donna Starr of West Bend; her grandchildren, Michael, Jennifer, Christopher, Alexander and Sarah; her siblings, Dorothy Wolff of Jackson, Clarence Felder of Ashippun and Michael Felder (Kathy) of Hubertus; her stepbrother Ronald Nemec of Hartford; and her sister-in-law Jean Larsen of Hartland. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
