She was predeceased by: her father Hermann Hohmann; and her parents-in-law, Richard "Dick" and Barbara Hartwell. She is survived by: her mother Anna Luise Hohmann of Fulda; her husband Micheal Hartwell; her children, Sarah Stevenson (Ben) of Fond du Lac, Stephen Hartwell (Angela) of West Bend and Stephanie Hartwell of West Bend; her grandson Lysander; her sister-in-law Michelle Wasmund (Todd) of Lima; her siblings, Klara Kirchhof (Rüdiger) of Künzell, Thomas (Petra) of Hattersheim and Matthias (Corina) of Dorfborn; and her goddaughter Stefanie Henning (Karsten) of Künzell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the 4-H Leaders Association in Washington County or the American Cancer Society are appreciated.
