She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Koch and Ellen Koch of Kewaskum. She is survived by: her son Jason Miller (Becky) of West Bend; her grandchildren, Sarah, Bradly and Nathan; and her former husband Dale Miller of West Bend.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
