He is survived by: his stepfather William Krzyzanek; his wife Cindy Michalek; his children, Claire Hansen (Adam), Kate Faust (Drew) and Sam Michalek; his granddaughters, Colette, Margot and Eloise; his pet Tucker; his brother Douglas Michalek; his stepsiblings, Bill Krzyzanek and Jenny Reno; and his siblings-in-law, Carol, Erhard Buettner and Pat Waters. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
