It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen M. Philippi of West Bend, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Casper Schmitt and Evelyn Schmitt; her husband Edward Philippi of Hubert's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Gib Schmitt (Rosie), Leroy Schmitt (Gertie), Bobby Schmitt (Janice), Bill Schmitt, Ralph Schmitt and Joseph Schmitt.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Koloski (Don) of West Bend, Gary Philippi (Di) of Menomonee Falls, Keith Philippi (Kim Lazansky) of Hobart and Karen Philippi of West Bend; her grandchildren, Nicole Gundrum (Ron), Matthew Koloski (Jessi), Ben Koloski, Christine Carter (Dylan) and Jessica Christian; her great grandchildren, Theo, Noah, Luca and Ryker; her siblings, Rosie Schwai of West Bend, Mary Schwalenberg (Jeanne Mischke) of Ennice, NC and Casey Schmitt of Wausaukee; and her siblings-in-law, Bernie Schmitt of Wild Rose, Lee Schwalenberg of Goodyear, AZ, Pat Philippi of West Bend and Tom Winkler of West Bend. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Still Waters Community Church (3617 Scenic Rd, Jackson, WI 53037). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
