Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jill Ann Rhoads of West Bend, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 59, on February 13, 2024. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Harter; her grandparents, Arnold, Fern Kumrow, Aloysius and Bertha Harter; her uncle David Kumrow; and her aunts, Judy Tomko and Barbara Stehlik (Charles).

She is survived by: her mother Janice Harter; her husband Paul Rhoads; her sons, Justin Rhoads, David Rhoads (Kayla) and Scott Rhoads (Danielle); her grandchildren, Jaydon, Jayce, Brantly, Brystol and Isabelle; her brothers, Joel Harter, Jason Harter (Kristin) and Josh Harter; her mother-in-law Babette Rhoads; and her aunts, Joanne Rank (Dennis), Mary Kumrow and Mary Bies. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
